Everything seriously and excessively salty, the chef seems to have gotten carried away….
The service is terrible, rude waiters, on a fixed menu (€30) I asked for a change of dish, the fish first course was served first and then linguine with mushrooms, the waiter took the pains to point out that the dish change was not it was expected...we are close to Salento...
There were 4 of us for lunch on January 6th and the proposals were for a 20 euro menu or a 25 euro menu. We chose the €25 one and ate a lot and well. Assorted starters (about 8 courses) + 2 first courses of your choice + 2 second courses of your choice with side dish. The sweet and bitter was also included in the 25 euro menu as were all the drinks. Recommended place for both the fast service and the quality of the dishes. We will return as soon as possible with other friends.
We were 14 people of friends ..... a disappointment .... shall we say the food was sufficient and the service? If you can call it that, or rather the waiters in particular, one should change jobs......we were kicked out of the place because there was the second shift, but we were still on the time agreed before by telephone, the equipment with tablecloths and paper napkins cutlery placed there randomly that I'm sure they don't even know the meaning of knives placed in a certain way. I wouldn't go back there even under torture, I state that I'm in the sector.....
Traditional cuisine. Nothing more and nothing less... you can't expect more from the price. I give four stars for the bathrooms; small and due to the incivility of the people not at the top.
This restaurant in Ceglie is a great discovery! You can eat very well without spending much (there is the possibility of making different menus to suit all tastes and budgets). Abundant and quality dishes. The location is also very suggestive in typical Cegliese style.

I give 5 stars because there is no possibility to give more. We had dinner last night, we were 11 people and what can I say .... Exquisite and very fresh food, excellent quality. From appetizers to desserts, everything is prepared with care. It is very rare to find a place where you eat so well, and the dishes are super abundant. Friendly and polite staff, the wait to eat is non-existent to say the least, it's nice to know that in Puglia there are places like Frammenti d'Itria where the quality is truly excellent and the price so negligible. We took the €25 menu but it looked like a wedding dinner. I really thank all the staff, you are truly unique.
